Challenge
Enterprise companies sitting on massive proprietary datasets needed a way to actually use their data — not through spreadsheets or rigid BI tools, but through natural conversation. Each client had unique data sources, workflows, and questions their teams needed answered instantly.
What We Built
Automated data pipelines that auto-ingest from each client's unique data sources into a unified system. Custom AI agents and natural language interfaces tailored to each company's workflow, letting teams interact with dashboards and query complex datasets conversationally. Built for real estate intelligence, marketing analytics, and operational decision-making across multiple verticals.
Tech Lead & Data Engineer
Challenge
A team of co-founders had a vision to build the definitive digital hub for golfers — a platform where you can find where to play, practice, learn, shop, and be entertained, all while earning rewards. They needed a technical partner to build every piece of it.
What We Built
Think Yelp meets Google Maps, built specifically for golf. A comprehensive directory of courses, simulators, learning centers, practice facilities, and shops — all searchable through AI-powered search. A multi-vendor marketplace connecting independent golf brands into a unified shopping experience. A content engine with editorial and blog capabilities. A paid events system. An AI chat assistant. A full rewards and points program — essentially airline miles for golfers. User accounts, business profile claiming, subscription management, and admin tooling. Every line of code written by a single engineer.

CTO & Co-founder
Challenge
TransUnion's credit report sign-up funnel wasn't converting. Apex Growth was hired to optimize the ROI — and brought me on to do the actual engineering. The flow processed thousands of transactions monthly and needed PCI Level 2 certification, one of the most rigorous security standards in the industry.
What We Built
Took designs and coded the full optimized sign-up flow. Passed 2 penetration tests and monthly security audits for PCI Level 2 compliance. Delivered weekly A/B tests that drove traffic from 0% to 90% of target, averaging 36% week-over-week conversion lift on desktop and mobile. Released v1.1.0 with form field optimizations that produced a 54% lift across all devices — 68.6% on mobile and 40% on desktop — over a 14-day period. Processing around 6,000 transactions per month.

Technical Lead
Challenge
A digital marketing firm needed to move from custom per-client builds to a scalable internal tooling platform. Teams were manually pulling performance data from multiple ad networks and analytics platforms — hours of work that should take seconds.
What We Built
An internal tooling platform centered on digital marketing ROI. A universal data model standardizing retrieval across ad networks and analytics sources. Drag-and-drop dashboard builder so non-technical marketers could visualize campaign performance. AI-powered query tools that let anyone ask ROI questions in plain English. Led the modernization of the entire codebase across frontend and backend.
Software Engineer (promoted twice during engagement)
Challenge
An AI portrait concept had massive social demand but needed a scalable, monetizable platform — fast. Users wanted to upload a single selfie and get back stunning, themed portrait packs.
What We Built
The complete platform from the ground up — user management, payments, the entire AI generation pipeline, and real-time delivery. Built 80+ themed portrait packs, each generating 20 unique AI images from a single user selfie. Learned and implemented the full AI/ML stack: GPU infrastructure, batch processing, edge functions for performance. Users purchase a pack, kick off a generation job, and download their portraits minutes later.
Co-founder & Solo Engineer
Challenge
A startup building "LinkedIn for creatives" needed a technical partner to take their vision from concept to a working product — fast, and with a mobile app being developed in parallel.
What We Built
The full MVP from scratch — user profiles, discovery and matching, community features, and the complete API layer with documentation so a mobile developer could build against it simultaneously. Designed the entire data architecture, built out the full user experience, and shipped a soft launch with real users.

Challenge
A 3D architectural visualization startup was preparing for launch, but the product was built for engineers — not the architects and designers who'd actually use it.
What We Built
